45ml Don Papa 10 Year Old
7.5ml Oloroso Sherry
7.5ml apricot liqueur
2 dashes chocolate bitters
1 sugar cube
Dash bitters onto sugar cube, place in a rocks glass and muddle.
Add remaining ingredients and top with cubed ice.
Gently stir until sugar is dissolved and cocktail is chilled.
Zest with an orange rind and discard.
Garnish with star anise.
