ADRIATICO ROASTED ALMONDS
The NEW GENERATION AMARETTO, born with the intention to write another page in the Italian liqueur tradition.
The handpicked “Filippo Cea” almonds grows only in Puglia, Italy, and are well known for their amazing quality.
Their subtle bitterness is the key for this crunchy and modern amaretto.
After being roasted for hours in a wood-burning oven, they get macerated and finally distilled.
The coffee is added with cinnamon, cocoa and a bit of brown sugar (less than the 50% that’s usually used in others amaretto) to make this amaretto even richer and complex.
“Filippo Cea” Almonds, Fresh infused coffee, Cinnamon, Cocoa, and “Margherita di Savoia” sea salt.
We like to sip it neat, on the rocks or mixed in a large range of creative cocktails, thanks to his complexity it can create a delicious aperitivo-like drink, as well as our Amaretto Sour, or a delicious after-dinner, like the ADRIATICO Godfather.
