As with all of The Australian Bitters Company’s range, their Aromatic Bitters are handcrafted in Sydney using a traditional process that’s based on a secret time-honoured recipe.
The first step in producing these bitters is selecting only the finest botanical ingredients. These herbs and spices – over 20 of them – are steeped in 98% ABV neutral spirit to extract their essence. When the perfect balance of flavour is achieved, water is added and the bitters are bottled.
