Ingredients
60ml Gin Mare
20ml lavender syrup
3 lemon wedges
7-8 large basil leaves
Sprig of lavender, lemon peel and crystallised basil to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, muddle, add ice and shake well.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of lavender, lemon peel and crystallised basil.
