40ml Vecchio Amaro del Capo
100ml bergamot or lemon tonic
10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
sprig of mint or lime wedge to garnish
Pour Vecchio Amaro del Capo over plenty of ice in a glass.
Top up with tonic water and freshly squeezed lime juice and mix well.
Garnish with a sprig of mint, or a lime wedge.
