COCONUT COVE
Slip on those Ray-Bans – this cocktail is rich and exotic, dripping with tropical flavours.
Ingredients
35ml Kalani Coconut Rum Liqueur
25ml guava juice
25ml fresh lemon juice
tonic water
fresh coconut, lemon and mint to garnish
Method
Shake the liqueur, guava juice and lemon juice with ice.
Strain into a Highball glass.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with fresh coconut, a sprig of mint and slice of lemon.
