COPALLI CACAO RUM
Organic cacao from the Copal Tree Estate adds richness and intensity to Copalli White Rum. Great for cocktails, but just as good for sipping neat, this one tastes as good as it sounds.
Copal Tree Distillery’s rums are produced from organic, non-GMO, heirloom sugarcane juice sourced from its own farms, instead of molasses. This juice is fermented using organic local yeast and then distilled twice using a combination of pot and column stills, before being rested in stainless steel. Pure canopy water from the jungle surrounding the distillery is used to finish the rum, contributing to its soft, clean flavour profile.
For Copalli Cacao Rum, handpicked, organic cacao is roasted on site. These cacao nibs are infused in unaged column-still rum, bringing richness to the white rum, with no added sweeteners or additives necessary.

Perfect to savour on its own, this works wonders in cocktails too. Think Espresso Chocolate Martinis or married with banana liqueur in a Talking Monkey.
