From one of Mexico’s most iconic and historic haciendas comes a Blanco of great character and the base spirit for all of Corralejo’s portfolio of premium tequilas.
Crystal clear, this is a clean yet rich tequila, with aromas of white peppercorns and a herbal freshness, whilst on the palate, it delivers satisfying cooked agave with a touch of mint.
Utilising the French Charentais method of distillation, Corralejo distill twice to capture optimum flavour and aroma. This Blanco is a pure distillation of 100% Blue Weber agave and bottled on site straight from copper stills at 38%.
