DUCKY’S DAIQUIRI
A touch of passion fruit and spice brings this Copalli Daiquiri to life.
Ingredients
50ml Copalli White Rum
25ml Belizean mix*
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
grated cinnamon to garnish
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupette. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and an edible orchid flower, or with a lime twist.
*combine 2 parts passion fruit juice with 1 part cinnamon syrup.
