This is the only liqueur in the world made with the guanabana fruit, which grows in the lush forests of the Yucatán. Intensely exotic, this tropical fruit is the base for this sweet, creamy rum liqueur.
Casa d’Aristi are champions of celebrating and using traditional Mexican ingredients and methods, whilst insisting on setting fair trade prices and standards with their partner farmers.
Huana is naturally flavoured with the guanabana or soursop fruit, a large tropical fruit which is pollinated by Mayan stingless bees and grows in the forests of the Yucatán jungle.
Harvested only once every year, the shells and seeds of the fruit are then removed by hand before the flesh of the fruit is fermented.
The liquid is then filtered before being blended with Mexican sugar cane rum to create this unique liqueur which is bottled on site at Casa d’Aristi.
