Martin Millers Westbourne Gin

MARTIN MILLER’S WESTBOURNE GIN

Named after the location of Martin Miller’s own residences in London’s Westbourne Grove, this gin was created in response to requests for a gin that would produce more complex and full-flavoured takes on classic cocktails. It soon became a bartender favourite.

PRODUCTION

The second addition to the Martin Miller’s portfolio, launched in 2003, Westbourne raises the strength of the original Martin Miller’s to 45.2% ABV, resulting in a greater emphasis on the spicy, peppery notes from the cassia and nutmeg in the botanical mix.

Like the original, this gin benefits from the attention to detail that’s representative of all Martin Miller’s products, from production methods and techniques, right down to the pure Icelandic water used to dilute it. It also makes use of the same ten classic London Dry botanicals.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Juniper, coriander, cassia, nutmeg, angelica, orris root, orange peel, lemon peel, lime oil, liquorice and Icelandic water.

HOW TO ENJOY

With its punchier, spicier flavour profile, Westbourne is perfectly suited to classic gin cocktails and G&Ts, not to mention Negronis and dry Martinis.
