MATUSALEM MOJITO
The classic summer cocktail never tasted so good as when made with Matusalem’s flagship Gran Reserva.
Ingredients
60ml Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva 15
20ml Beso Agave Syrup
30ml fresh lime juice
fresh mint leaves
Method
In a highball glass muddle a few mint leaves with the agave syrup.
Add the rum and lime juice.
Stir.
Add crushed ice.
Stir again.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
