15ml Beso Concentrado de Agave
25ml pink grapefruit juice
25ml orange juice
sparkling wine (or bitter lemon for a non-alcoholic alternative)
Sal de Gusano, or salt, cracked black pepper, brown sugar and chilli powder.
Build the ingredients in a rimmed Champagne flute – first the agave syrup, then grapefruit juice, lastly the orange juice.
Stir and top up with sparkling wine.
