MIMOSA MARIPOSA
A colourful drink for any time of the day – Beso’s signature mimosa with a smoky touch evocative of its Mexican origins.
Ingredients
15ml Beso Concentrado de Agave
25ml pink grapefruit juice
25ml orange juice
sparkling wine (or bitter lemon for a non-alcoholic alternative)
Glass Rim
Sal de Gusano, or salt, cracked black pepper, brown sugar and chilli powder.
Method
Build the ingredients in a rimmed Champagne flute – first the agave syrup, then grapefruit juice, lastly the orange juice.
Stir and top up with sparkling wine.
