NEGRENSE SOUR
Transport yourself to Sugarlandia with this twist on the classic sour.
Ingredients
45ml Don Papa 7 Year Old
22.5ml fresh lime juice
5ml simple syrup
2 drops hopped grapefruit bitters
1 egg white or 1/3 of a dropper (approx. 3ml) of Ms. Better’s Miraculous Foamer Bitters (for an egg-free alternative)
lime twist to garnish
Method
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice for 10-12 seconds.
Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds before straining over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime twist.
