PUERTO MULLED G&T

A mulled wine alternative for all Gin lovers, the perfect hot drink for those cold winter nights.
Ingredients
120ml cloudy apple juice
40ml water
40ml Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin
50ml tonic water
5ml Gomme syrup
Method
Mix all ingredients into a metal jug and use a coffee machine milk wand to steam until warm.
Pour into a glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and one star anise.
