50ml Fortaleza Blanco
20ml fresh lime juice
15ml Beso agave syrup
6 green grapes (2 for garnish)
2 ribbons of cucumber (1 for garnish)
Soda water to top up
Muddle 4 grapes and 1 cucumber ribbon in a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients, shake hard, strain into a highball over cubed ice.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon round the inside of the glass, and 2 grapes on a cocktail stick.
