A classic of the new era of modern cocktails, created by Julio Bermejo at Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco. Like the original, this version sees Arette’s fine reposado perfectly complemented by sweet agave.
60ml Arette Reposado
15ml Beso Agave Syrup
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Shake the ingredients with ice.
Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, half-rimmed with salt.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
