A Speyside-inspired twist on the classic.
Ingredients
25ml Tulchan Gin
12.5ml lemon juice
1 barspoon marmalade
1 barspoon elderflower cordial
25ml Champagne
Method
Combine all ingredients except the champagne in a shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne.
