ADRIATICO SOUR
The perfect way to enjoy this true Italian delicatessen is by mixing it with the simplest ingredients, in a sweet and sour treat that rewards us with the most delightful drink.
Ingredients
45ml ADRIATICO roasted
15ml Bourbon
30ml fresh lemon juice
3 drops of magic foamer or half an egg white
3 dashes of angostura bitters to balance
Method
Dry shake all the ingredients (no ice), then add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously.
Strain and pour over a big ice cube in an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel to enhance the fresh and Mediterranean aromas of this drink.
