550ml The Arran Malt – The Bothy Quarter Cask
20ml lemon juice
15ml maple syrup
fresh mint leaves
Muddle the whisky, lemon juice, and maple syrup with a few blackberries and mint leaves in a shaker.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with blackberries and a sprig of mint.
