Ingredients
50ml Martin Miller’s Original Gin
25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20ml Beso agave syrup
10ml dry vermouth
1 egg white or 1/3rd of a dropper (approx. 3ml) of Ms. Better’s Miraculous Foamer Bitters (for an egg-free alternative)
fresh raspberries
Method
Muddle 4 raspberries.
Add all ingredients including muddled raspberries to a shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice to the shaker and then shake again.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with raspberries.
