Ingredients
40ml Mundo tequila
5ml Green Chartreuse
10ml *Cucumber relish
40ml Lime juice
20ml Sugar
20ml Egg whites
Method
garnish the rim of the glass by using a cut lime to wet half of the rim, then turn the glass into the lemon pepper.
Add all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice cubes, shake well and fin strain into a coupe or martini glass. To make sure you have enough foam on top, you could dry shake before pouring it in.
