This is from Mundo’s own bartender, a creation for the summer days, when you just want something refreshing and easy to make. It is a fresh and savoury cocktail, that’s also great as a hangover cure, with salt and electrolytes.
Ingredients
40ml Mundo Tequila
10ml lime juice
15ml cucumber syrup
4 drops of salt water
Top with soda
Garnish: cucumber and fresh pepper
Method
Fill a Highball with ice, add tequila, lime, saltwater, then stir, and top it up with soda water. Garnish with cucumber and freshly ground pepper.
