MUNDO SOUR

Ingredients
50ml Mundo Tequila
40ml lemon juice
30ml agave syrup
20ml egg whites
Peychaud bitters as garnish and lemon peel
Method
Add all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice cubes, shake well and fine strain into a lowball glass. To make sure you have enough foam on top, you could dry shake before pouring it in.
Garnish the foam with dashes of Peychaud to make stripes.
