PALOMA
Paloma is an inviting pink cocktail that offers both sweet, bitter and salty taste notes from pink grapefruit soda and great tequila.
The name Paloma comes from the Spanish word for dove – a symbol of peace. The cocktail is believed to originate from the 1950s and was created by Don Javier Delgado Corona, the owner of La Capilla Bar (“The Chapel”) in Tequila, Mexico.
Ingredients
40ml Mundo Tequila
10ml lime juice
120ml grapefruit soda
1 slice red grapefruit
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour Mundo tequila over, add lime juice and top with pink grapefruit soda. Garnish with a slice of red grapefruit. Enjoy!
