25ml pink grapefruit
15ml lime juice
10ml Beso agave syrup
2 grates of fresh ginger
2 sprigs lemon thyme (1 for garnish)
grapefruit peel to garnish
Shake all ingredients, double strain into a rocks glass or goblet over cubed ice. Rub grapefruit peel around the rim and discard.
Garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme.
