Ingredients
30ml Boukman Rhum
20ml fresh lime juice
10ml Beso agave syrup
15ml Sisca curaçao
90ml Cava
a few drops of Australian bitters
mint leaves
Method
Shake Boukman Rhum, lime juice, agave syrup, curaçao, bitters and mint leaves with ice. Add Cava, strain into highball glass and garnish with mint.
