At Indie Brands we’re lucky enough to have an amazing team of mixologists who love to give anything a try.
With that, I’d like to introduce to you Isabella Newman. One our most exciting and vibrant team members, who, in her spare time loves to create some impressive, mouth-watering cocktails.
During this lockdown period Bella has made it her mission to produce an eclectic selection of cocktail videos, brilliantly called Lockdown Liquids on her social media platforms all from her own backyard.

THE SHERRIFF
∙ 35ml Tequila Arette Reposado
∙ 200ml Pedrino sherry & tonic
∙ 2 dash Angostura bitters
∙ 3 frozen grapes
SPRITZ 15
∙ 40ml Matusalem Rum GR15
∙ 40ml Hibiscus tea
∙ 20ml Lemon juice
∙ 200ml Merchants Heart Ginger Ale
∙ 5ml Hibiscus Molasses
∙ 3 dash Angostura Bitters
GARDEN TWINKLE
∙ 30ml Koskenkorva Blueberry Juniper Vodka
∙ 75ml Merchants Heart Hibiscus
∙ 75ml Cava
∙ squeeze of lemon
∙ 4 mint leaves
TRIPLE ORANGE GIN SODA
∙ 30ml Martin Miller’s Gin
∙ 15ml Aperol
∙ top with Fever Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda
∙ garnish with fresh orange wheel
TRIPLE C
∙ 50ml Matusalem Rum Gran Reserva 15
∙ 25ml Homemade jaffa cake syrup
∙ 60ml Strong black coffee steeped with sultanas
∙ 1/2 Tsp Dark coco powder
THE COMET
∙ 30ml Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin
∙ 20ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
∙ 10ml Courvosier VSOP
∙ 10ml Lemon Juice
∙ 50ml Chilled hibiscus tea
∙ 15ml Hibiscus molasses
∙ 30ml Zinfandel Rose wine
∙ 2 dash Bitter Truth Blossom Bitters
