Aquavit has been deeply rooted in Swedish traditions for generations and is associated with festive occasions like no other drink.

O.P. Anderson aquavit helped define and set the standards for the aquavit category. A complex oak barrel aged spirit, made with all organic ingredients, where the key spices, caraway, aniseed and fennel, are distilled individually with careful consideration. The master blender and distiller not only combine the product together – but create every single component.

O.P. Anderson Original Aquavit

The original recipe from 1891 with a clear taste of the signature spice trio of O.P. Anderson – caraway, anise and fennel.

With a minimum of six months in oak, O.P. Anderson Original has a light yellow colour and is rested enough to smoothen the edges but not too long so it loses its grip.

This is the definition of Swedish aquavit. Crisp, balanced and full of history.

O.P. Anderson Bjork Aquavit
70cl (37.5% ABV)

Released in October 2018 for the re-opening of the National Museum of Sweden in Stockholm.

O.P. Björk combines the signature spices (caraway, anise and fennel) with birch buds, birch sap, lemon zest and juniper berries, making this a more subtle aquavit.

Crisp and elegant with subtle notes of birch wood.
